From the Coaches:Escape the cold and jump start your season regardless of your ability and/or what you're training for with the 8th edition our south Florida triathlon training camp.
Swim in an outdoor 50 meter pool, ride along A1A and run beach-side in the sun. While we get in a lot of training, this camp is FUN and EDUCATIONAL. It is the perfect opportunity to kick off the season. -Coaches Chris & Elizabeth |

FRIDAY
*1:00PM CHECK IN @ Camp HQ
*2:00PM WELCOME MEETING @ Camp HQ *2:30PM RUN 45-60 min beachside run on paved trail. *4:30PM SWIM – Ocean / Aquatics Center (dependent on water conditions) DINNER – Location TBD, LECTURE: Race Fueling |
SATURDAY
*7:00AM BIKE – 50 mile ride north along A1A
*TRANSITION RUN – 3-6 miles off the bike *1:00PM SWIM – 60 minutes, Outdoor Aquatics Center (50M pool) DINNER – On Your Own, Drinks at Briny Pub @ 6:30 |
SUNDAY
*7AM BIKE 30-40 miles. “Boca Intervals” Faster paced efforts and paceline practice
*TRANSITION RUN – 30 minutes *1:00PM – 3:00 SWIM – Outdoor Aquatics Center (50M pool) *6:30PM-FUN-TIVITIES Begin, Meet at Ocean Front Tiki Bar *7:30PM – Dinner/Group Party – ARUBA’S Ft. Lauderdale |
