Our 60-minute 1 on 1 sessions are the perfect time to address technique OR push you through an intensive workout you wouldn’t normally do on your own.

How it works

We want to learn about you & your goals. Let us know how how we can help you and how many sessions you'd like to start with. Are you interested in swim, bike or run sessions, a consult on a specific topic or a combination? Click "Get Started" below to initiate this.
Once payment is received, we'll schedule your first 1 on 1 Session. Sessions are scheduled by appointment, Tuesday - Friday.
3. WE MEET
Your coach will evaluate your current technique and then work with you to make improvements. They will provide you with session notes and what to do on your own.
4. YOU PRACTICE
Nothing happens overnight, but with practice and repetition you will slowly reprogram yourself and your new form will come to life. In time, your new form will be easier to perform without much thought.

WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
Consults are virtual via phone or video conference.
Bike & run sessions take place in Ridgewood, NJ.
Swim sessions will take place at one of the pools in the area we are partnered with. Location varies by the time of year.
HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I GET?
It all depends on you, your goals and your experience. Some athletes like to meet weekly - in a different discipline each week, but for others it's not practical for a variety of reasons.
For those new to swimming, we highly recommend 3-5 sessions. Learning to swim is a process and it takes time. The time it takes is different for everyone, but our coaches are experienced in working with people of ALL abilities and confident they can help.
WILL 1 ON 1 SESSIONS PREPARE ME FOR MY RACE?
1 on 1 sessions by themselves will not prepare you for your race, but they WILL improve your proficiency and efficiency.
Our coaching programs are designed to prepare you for your race(s). 1 on 1 sessions can be used in conjunction with a coaching program or on a stand alone basis
I WANT TO BUY A PACKAGE. HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?
At the end of each session we provide you with session notes and "homework" for you to do on your own.
For multiple sessions in the same discipline, we usually like athletes to have 1-3 weeks in between to practice on their own and become comfortable with the new movements taught. This way, the next time we meet, we can do a quick review, then progress further.
DO YOU EVER TRAVEL TO MEET ATHLETES?
Yes, we are happy to travel, but additional fees will apply.
IF I GET 5 SESSIONS, DO THEY HAVE TO ALL BE USED FOR 1 SPORT?
Packages can be used for any combination of swim, bike, run or consult.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?
60 minutes. If it is a technique session, you will not be put through a workout. Instead it will be instructional. In other words, if you are not in shape to swim, bike or run for 1 hour, it's not a problem.
For intensity sessions, your workout from start to finish will last approximately 60 minutes or less if it makes sense given your current fitness, goals and experience. These sessions will be HARD! Bring fluids, gel & salt.
