Triathlon Transition Clinic w/ Bike Mount/Dismount

This clinic is for TRIATHLETES of ALL experience levels.
In this clinic we will teach you the proper way to lay out your transition area and provide tips and tricks on how to get IN and OUT of Transition as fast as possible on race day. Please bring their bike and associated gear (if possible) as we will practice transition for T1 and T2. Practicing will make a HUGE different in your execution.
Additionally, we will show you how to mount and dismount your bike like a pro! We’ll teach you varying levels of approaches to hopping on and off your bike efficiently and WITHOUT GETTING HURT.
Rarely do athletes ever practice transition but T1 and T2 is FREE TIME and practice makes perfect!
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR:
Bike, bike shoes, sneakers, socks, helmet (REQUIRED!), sunglasses, race belt, old bib number, transition towel (if you use one) and anything else you would normally have in transition... like nutrition or fluids (i.e. gels salt, water bottle, ect). No need to bring your wetsuit or anything swim related.
Additionally, we strongly encourage you to wear your RTA Tri Kit or whatever you plan to race in.
*We will provide rubber bands for your bike shoes for those interested
