Needless to say, triathlon training camps are the perfect opportunity for a focused training block to boost fitness & confidence without distractions. Additionally, training along side others and with the presence of coaches often make camps educational, motivating and fun.
At RTA triathlon training camps, athletes will dial in their race nutrition, pacing, climbing, descending, gearing, open water swim and other skills to help ensure success on race day.
Most importantly, while you should expect to do a lot of work at camp, you should also expect to have fun, make new friends and create memories
At RTA training camps we definitely do a significant amount of training and stick to a tight schedule. However, we want to make sure that everyone has fun and leaves feeling good about what they have accomplished.
